- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We transferred our kids records one year back from another CHOP office and even after multiple times of calls back and forth they still say the old office has never transferred the records here but they have! Highest point of frustration is mentioning they don't take any new patients for well visit until next 4 months !!! We have been with CHOP for years and still we have been considered as NEW patients at this office!! I felt bad for I decided to transfer to this one and had my kids transferred back to the old office.November 05, 2017by PradeepKumar Rajapoobathi
